You may have heard that Brookbank is in administration. Unfortunately this is true although the Administrators are looking for a buyer for Brookbank Perth.

Here at Brookbank Perth I can tell you all that it is pretty tough for us getting our heads around all of this. We worked with a fantastic, hard working, friendly and knowledgeable team. And we have great customers.

I can say from the point of view of everyone on the Brookbank Perth Team we feel so sorry for our customers. We've answered a lot of phone calls and emails over the past week from customers who have been disappointed one way or another and I can honestly say we all felt just as badly for them as we do about the security of our jobs and the company as a whole.

We all tried incredibly hard to do whatever we could for customers, both before and after things took a turn for the worse, and although we did make mistakes at times, I hope everyone knows that we weren't the faceless, clueless organisation that some would have you believe.

All the staff, are really thankful for all the messages of condolence and support on the Facebook, Twitter and forums. It is the end of an era but I think it's time for another company to have a crack at the whip and change things around a bit! Make sure whoever it is you support them, times are tough!
